Coral Bingo is part of the more well known Coral bookmaker gambling offering. It’s bingo service started life in 2013 on the Virtue Fusion platform, the software of choice for pretty much every UK bookie. However more recently (2020) they’ve switched to the new GVC Network headed up by Foxy. This is because Coral is owned by GVC and it makes more sense for their own brands to utilise their own software. Players heading to Coral Bingo will have access to multiple bingo rooms and 100s of top slots. There’s also a number of exciting promotions.

Coral Bingo Review

Coral Bingo Welcome Offer

Coral Bingo’s welcome offer comprises a welcome bonus and free spins. Register, login, deposit and spend £10 to qualify. As a reward you’ll receive a £30 bingo bonus plus 30 free spins that are playable on the Fishin Frenzy slot only (spin value 20p). Wagering terms of x2 apply to the bonus amount whilst there are no wagering terms applicable to wins from the spins. Free bingo is also available and no deposit is required to play! Free Bingo Sessions are available daily at specified times in the Free Bingo Bonanza Bingo Room. Prize Pools vary per Session and these include the ‘Everyone’s a Winner’ feature.

The change from Virtue Fusion to GVC means that the bingo rooms at Coral have changed. So it’s goodbye Coronation Street, Cash Cubes, Emmerdale and many other variants. Instead players can enjoy 30, 75, 80 and 90 ball bingo. The majority of rooms are 90 ball and these include Friends Bingo which is themed on the popular US Sitcom and Cash Out Bingo. In the latter you can claim a win at 1TG before the full house is called. If you enjoyed Corrie Bingo on Virtue Fusion then the format of Friends Bingo is very similar. Ticket prices vary but penny bingo fans should head to the Bargain Room where tickets start at just 1p each.

Coral Bingo Promotions

The free bingo sessions are pretty much the main bingo promotion that’s available at Coral. There are occasional other offers although you’ll need to check out the slide show that sits at the top of the Coral homepage. A specific bingo promo page doesn’t exist but you can check out all the latest promos across the whole site by checking out the offers. Disappointingly things like the Bingoal room are no longer available and the loyalty club also seems to have gone. There are a number of jackpot games that you can get involved with such as Dash where there’s £15,000 up for grabs (at time of writing).

Whilst Coral’s move has seen the loss of the Corrie and Emmerdale rooms, in the slots department these themed games are still available. Emmerdale Fun Drops and Coronation Cash Drop are joined by other popular titles such as Monopoly Slingo, Full House Wilds, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Fluffy Favourites and Champagne Super Clover. Other slots and casino games can be enjoyed across other channels on Coral. Your account and wallet can be used on poker, sportsbook, casino and bingo.

Penny’s Thoughts On Coral Bingo

When Coral Bingo first launched we said that it seemed to be on the site “because other sportsbook sites have bingo” and it wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. However following that Coral have upped their game and started running their own promotions and giving bingo a bigger platform. The Bingoal Room was a great way to link up bingo and sports. However the move to the new platform has changed things yet again and so far the jury is out on whether this is a good or bad thing.

There are things to like about Coral’s platform change. The no deposit free bingo gives players the chance to “try before they buy” whilst the welcome offer with it’s relatively low wagering terms is very attractive. Friends and Cash Out Bingo add a bit of variation to proceedings but they’re not quite up there with the games left behind on Virtue Fusion. We do love the Bargain room though although it’d be nice to see a bit more activity across the rooms.
