Ladbrokes Bingo has previously described itself as “The UK’s premier online bingo site”. We didn’t quite agree with them but as Virtue Fusion powered brand they did give players plenty of bingo rooms, slots and promotions to enjoy. However in 2020, like it’s sister brands of Foxy and Coral, Ladbrokes Bingo moved to the GVC Network. Built on the original Cozy Games platform, this new platform has a good selection of bingo rooms, loads of slots and has the potential to develop into something exciting for players. An attractive welcome bonus plus free bingo should be enough for you to take a look.
Ladbrokes Bingo Welcome Offer
Ladbrokes Bingo welcomes new players with a nice welcome offer of a 500% bonus. Even better to get the bonus you need to spend just £5. Other brands on the GVC platform – and indeed many others – want you to deposit/spend a tenner. Anyway register, login, deposit and spend your fiver to receive a £25 bingo bonus. Wagering terms apply and in this case they are just x2 which is very agreeable. Free bingo is also available and no deposit is required to play! Free Bingo Sessions are available daily at specified times in the The Terrace Bingo Room. Prize Pools vary per Session and these include the ‘Everyone’s a Winner’ feature.
The change from Virtue Fusion to GVC means that the bingo rooms at Ladbrokesl have also changed. So it’s goodbye Coronation Street, Cash Cubes, Emmerdale and many other variants. Instead players can enjoy 30, 75, 80 and 90 ball bingo. The majority of rooms are 90 ball and these include Friends Bingo which is themed on the popular US Sitcom and Cash Out Bingo. In the latter you can claim a win at 1TG before the full house is called. If you enjoyed Corrie Bingo on Virtue Fusion then the format of Friends Bingo is very similar. Ticket prices vary but penny bingo fans should head to the Bargain Room where tickets start at just 1p each.
Ladbrokes Bingo Promotions
As a Virtue Fusion brand we gave Ladbrokes Bingo a thumbs up when it came to player promotions. Sadly things like Superbooks, Bob’s Shed and The Guest Room have all gone. Instead Ladbrokes players can enjoy the above mentioned free bingo sessions and regular jackpots. For example as of July 2020 there’s the chance to win a share of £15,000 in The Big Games Room. Note that this sliding jackpot game is shared with other members of the network such as Foxy, Cheeky and Coral. As a Ladbrokes player you can access other promotions across the site such as Instant Spins in the Casino section which offers the chance to win up to £100 daily.
Whilst Ladbrokes’ move has seen the loss of the Corrie and Emmerdale rooms, in the slots department these themed games are still available. Emmerdale Fun Drops and Coronation Cash Drop are joined by other popular titles such as Monopoly Slingo, Full House Wilds, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Fluffy Favourites and Champagne Super Clover. Look out for exclusives such as Cake Off although just be aware these are exclusive to the network and not just to Ladbrokes. Other slots and casino games can be enjoyed across other channels on Coral. Your account and wallet can be used on poker, sportsbook, casino and bingo.
Penny’s Thoughts On Ladbrokes Bingo
Ladbrokes Bingo was in dire need of a makeover and the new look site is great. However the jury is still out on the new GVC platform. There’s plenty to like here including the welcome bonus with the £5 minimum spend and x2 wagering terms. That’s really good especially when compared to many other sites. It’s also the best welcome offer on the GVC Network. The choice of bingo rooms is also good although we’d still like to see a few more variants. Friends Bingo is very similar to the old Coronation Street Bingo whilst Cash Out is an exciting new innovation.
At first glance when you look at Ladbrokes and Coral side by side you might be forgiven in thinking they’re now identical. And you’d not be far wrong. However Ladbrokes Bingo does have The Private Lounge which as the name suggests is an exclusive room for their players. It’s only open from 6pm though. We would like to see more exclusives but bingo in the 2020s is now more about multiple sites and networks rather than individual rooms and offers. Most certainly there isn’t that much player promo wise here and we’d like to see that addressed. Mind the free bingo and cheap games are a big positive.
