Monkey Bingo is the latest addition to the Ignite stable which has already seen Bingola, Rio, Treasure, Wish and Angry swell it’s ranks during 2014. The site introduces yet another animal mascot to the bingo world in the shape of Marvin and visually this is an exciting looking site. Sadly the excitement doesn’t go much further as this simply apes the other brands we’ve already mentioned.
Free Monkey Bingo
The cute thing about this site is the theme so you get stuff like “New Monkey” instead of “New Player”, “Orango Offers” instead of “Promotions” and “Prime Mate” instead of “Community”. It’s a fun touch and fits in well with the look and feel of the site. As well as the free bananas there’s also a 250% first deposit bonus on deposits of £5 to £20. Newbies can also access a free bingo room to give the site a trial.
The bonus cash doesn’t stop at the first deposit either. There’s a second deposit bonus of 150% and a third of 100%. See the site for the promo codes you need to use in order to collect them. The usual wagering conditions applied. This is usually x4 the deposit plus bonus! Second and subsequent deposit bonuses only apply to deposits of between £10 and £100.
Go Nuts For A Free £10K Game
Monkey Bingo uses the well known Cassava platform and is part of a network of sites. This means you will find overlaps with the bigger brands from Ignite such as Sing and Costa. It can get a little confusing and quite often it’s unclear if there are exclusives. Still you will find the usual 90 and 75 ball rooms plus a stack of slots to enjoy including Fluffy Favourites and Millionaire Genie. Every Friday there’s a £10,000 depositors game that’s free to play – it’s the same game as the Costa Crazy!
Promotions wise it’s early days for Monkey! But we have seen the first exclusive since it’s launch in November 2014. Players are being given the chance to win a Sony 50” 3D TV with Soundbar worth £750. As with other Ignite Bingo sites tickets are either bought, picked up by swapping rewards or come as freebies earnt from deposits or completing challenges. Hopefully Monkey can build on this offer and maintain a high level of exclusives.
Can The Monkey Become A Fox
On the positive side this is a great looking site and potentially a big brand. Everyone loves a Monkey and if a fox can become popular in the bingo world then Marvin could be on to a good thing. The downside is that so far we’re not seeing enough that is new. Ignite obviously want a bigger chunk of the pie and are trying to land grab with multiple brands – a policy akin to The Live Bingo Network and 15 Network. It’s a nice plan but it’s not one that will come together A Team style in our view. The free bingo offer, abundance of free games and the great image of Monkey though may well just see this one work a bit better than the rest.
